General Manager

A veteran of 29 years in the public assembly facility management business, Brad has been the General Manager of the Casper Events Center since October 2016.  Prior to arriving in Casper, Brad was the Executive Director of the Adams Center located on the campus of the University of Montana in Missoula from June 2012 through September 2016.  Brad received his B.A degree in 1987 from Carroll College and M.Ed. degree from Bowling Green State University in 1991.  Brad is an active member of IAVM (International Association of Venue Managers) and has achieved his Certified Venue Executive (CVE) designation through the organization.  Brad serves on the Executive Board of Visit Casper and Governmental Affairs Board for the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife, Janay are active members in their local church and several community organizations. 

AmandaNewAmanda Flanagan
Office Coordinator

Amanda calls Wyoming home after moving from St. Paul, Minnesota to Casper at a very young age. She is a proud “Philly” Alumni of Natrona County High School. Amanda graduated from Casper College with an AA in Human Communication and AAS in Paralegal Studies. She will graduate in December 2020 from the University of Wyoming with a BAS in Organizational Leadership. Amanda began working at the Casper Events Center as a part-time Ticket Seller in December 2016 and promoted to her current role as the Office Coordinator in September 2017. Amanda came to the Casper Events Center with over 19 years of experience in retail and customer service. She held various rolls such as Personnel Manager, Assistant Manager and Asset Protection Manager. She loves the ever-changing world of venue management and what the Casper Events Center brings to the Casper Community and Wyoming.  

JessicaDixon.pngJessica Dixon
Director of Finance

Jessica grew up in Washington State and served four years in the United States Army.  She graduated from Washington State University in 2005 with a B.A. in Accounting.  Jessica has lived all over the country with her family but decided to permanently relocate back to Casper in 2018.   She spent over four years working at CPA firm and obtaining her CPA license in 2018.

Kendra.jpgKendra Ziler
Director of Marketing

Kendra moved to Casper from Sheridan, WY in 1999. She started at the Casper Events Center in 2001 as a part-time ticket seller. Kendra spent several years as the marketing assistant before becoming the executive assistant and human resources representative and eventually moving into the Director of Marketing position in 2017. Kendra earned her AA in technical theater from Casper College in 2001 and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2014 with a BAS in organizational leadership.

Director of Partnerships

Dan grew up in rural Nebraska and attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln before coming to Casper for work in 1992. In 1993 he met a Casper native and future bride, hence making Casper his adopted home. Dan has worked in the business community for many years as well as a member of several community groups in Casper. Dan joined the Casper Events Center team in October 2018. Marilyn and Dan have been married since 1996 and have 2 grown daughters, Kelsee and Natalee.

Box Office Manager

Shelby was born and raised in Northern California. She went to Montana State University where she graduated with a BS in Psychology. After graduating Shelby stayed in Montana and worked for the MSU Admissions Office. She later transferred to a job in the Student Union Building overseeing two student run organizations, the Rec Center and the University Information Desk. Shelby began working as the Box Office Manager for Casper Events Center in Fall of 2019 after moving to Casper.

Director of Event Services

Kristina Olson began her career at the Casper Events Center as a ticket seller in 2001.  Kristina went on to manage a local bar in Casper for 6 years. In 2008 she returned to the Events Center and was promoted to the Assistant Box Office Manager where she had the opportunity to learn from a 30 year veteran in ticketing.  In 2010 she was promoted to Box Office Manager and in 2019 she was promoted to Director of Event Services overseeing the event staff and box office.

Director of Food & Beverage

Nick moved to Wyoming as a teen from Oklahoma and has called it home ever since. He has moved all around the state, and in 2002 moved to Casper with his wife for work.  He joined the team at the Casper Event Center in August of 2019 as the Director of Food and Beverage. Nick comes to the team with over 20 years of Food & Retail Management experience working various roles to include Sales, Operation, Logistics, and Asset Protection.

Assistant Director of Food & Beverage

Candie was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and has been in the Food and Beverage department for 32 years. She has planned and prepared meals for customers from the Vice President to country and rockstars and the local community. The largest event Candie oversaw in her tenure at the Casper Events Center was a prime rib dinner for 2200 people. Candie's motto is "no matter whom, strive to make every event something special for everyone."

Richard White Eagle

Richard White Eagle has been working as a Chef for 21 years. Richard has lived in Casper most of his life and is a graduate of Natrona County High School.  He started out as a dishwasher in Casper before he moved to Miami to Study Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales. While in Miami, he also worked at Les Halles. He later worked at the Saint Regis Deer Valley as the Banquet Chef for four years.  In 2002 he started working at the Westin Mission Hill Resort and Spa as the chef of Seasons Grill and the morning chef of Bella Vista Restaurant where he studied under two James Beard honored Chefs.
Chef Richard believes that guest satisfaction is the number one way to grow business, has found that great food is an amazing way to create long-lasting memories, and is excited to be back in his home town to share what he’s learned from his travels and the great chefs he’s worked alongside and studied under!


Paul Hanson.pngPaul Hanson
Director of Operations

Paul began his career at the Casper Events Center in 1990 as a part-time A-V Technician and Stagehand before assuming the full-time positions of Event Coordinator, Maintenance and Technical Supervisor and for the past eight years as Director of Operations. Paul has been the project coordinator for various capital improvement purchasing and renovation projects totaling over $12 million dollars. These projects include roof replacements, plumbing upgrades, lighting retrofits, ice floor, and plant installation, modernization of the heating and cooling systems and the construction of a half-million-dollar storage facility.

Operations Manager

Matt started as a part-time ticket seller in the Box Office in 1983 while working at a local record store. He moved to Kennewick, WA. to be the store manager for one of the record stores until shortly after they were bought out. He came back to Casper in November of 1984 to work in the Box Office again. He was promoted to Assistant Box Office Manager in February of 1985, a position he had for over 8 years. He was promoted to Events Coordinator March of 1993 until his transition to Operations Manager March of 2017.

Operations Manager

Cody started his career with the Casper Events Center in the summer of 2008. He became the Maintenance Crew Chief in early 2015. In October of 2016, he became the Operations Manager.
