Produced by AEG Live www.aeglive.com - www.myspace.com/myconcertsdenver Tech N9ne and Paul Wall The Fire and Ice Tour 2008
with Ill Bill and Black Pegasus Thursday, May 22 at 7:30 pm Strange Music and Swisha House present TECH N9NE and PAUL WALL with special guest ILL BILL and BLACK PEGASUS in “THE FIRE AND ICE TOUR 2008” on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at 7:30 pm.
Tech N9ne has been around the industry for many years and has had great success with his incredible stage performances and hits like: “I’m a Playa”, “Imma Tell”, “Slacker” and “Here Comes Tecca Nina”. The album “Everready (The Religion)” was released on November 7, 2006 with great critical acclaim and debuted at number two on the Billboard Top Independent Album charts while placing as high as six in three other separate charts. Eight months after “Everready (The Religion)”, Strange Music/Fontana released, “Tech N9ne Collabos: Misery Loves Kompany”, giving his already hard core fan base more material to memorize for Tech’s upcoming shows. Over 500 one and a half hour long performances in the last few years is why Tech N9ne has proven to be one of the most accomplished touring artists in the business. Tech N9ne will release his highly anticipated follow-up to “Everready (The Religion)”, entitled “Killer”, July 1, 2008. Paul Wall was instrumental in taking Texas Hip Hop to the National level. Prior to making his nationwide breakout in 2005 with a guest spot on Mike Jones' "Still Tippin'" Paul teamed up to form the underground group “The Color Changin' Click” with fellow Texan Chamillionaire. The Mixtape success led to more opportunities culminating in Paul’s national debut, “The Peoples Champ”. "The Peoples Champ" debuted on Billboard Magazine's Top 200 in the #1 spot and quickly reached platinum status. His 2007 release "Get Money Stay True" debuted as the #1 Rap album in Billboard Magazine and is quickly approaching Gold status. The “2007 Honda Civic Tour” with Fall Out Boy as well as the “2006 Dub Car Show Tour” widely expanded his fan base. In 2005 Wall was nominated for a Grammy with the #1 song "Grillz" along with Nelly, Ali and Gipp. The song sparked a global trend for the diamond encrusted gold caps for which Paul is famous for making. His clients include various celebrities like Kanye West, Diddy, Shaq, Lil Jon and many others. Paul Wall plans to release his 7th album in the Fall of 2008 titled "The Fast Life". Ill Bill has long been the “Don of NYC Hip-Hop”. As the catalyst for the seminal crew Non-Phixion, he brought the thinking-man's pain across the globe. Now flying solo, Ill Bill is set to torch the planet once again with his forthcoming album “The Hour of Reprisal”, on his own Uncle Howie Records in conjunction with Strange Music. Plus Black Pegasus from Brass Knuckle Ent. will open the show. Visit www.myspace.com/blackpegasus for more information on Black Pegasus. The Lipizzan is a rare and unique breed; its history and culture is known worldwide. The Walt Disney movie The Miracle of the White Stallions, depicting General George S. Patton saving them at the end of World War II from certain extinction, created an even greater world-wide interest in the Lipizzaner breed. Had it not been for Patton, there would be no Lipizzans today. Also included in the performance is a segment called the "Airs Above the Ground." These are the spectacular leaps and maneuvers, once used by riders in saddle to protect and defend themselves on the battlefield, which are now preserved as an equestrian work of art. When you see the Lipizzans perform, it is like stepping back four hundred years and viewing one of the greatest equine ballets in history.

SOULFUL LIVING Event designed to assist women in finding inspiration
Women everywhere are overworked, overwhelmed, short on time or uninspired. They are moms, wives, daughters, sisters, caregivers, chauffeurs, chefs, maids and the glue which holds a family together. For those who can’t see past the laundry pile, there is hope.
Mile High Natural Awakenings is offering a 1-day event in Casper designed to encourage women to reconnect with their place of inspiration. Soulful Living, Exploring Your True Self, will teach women self-alignment, authenticity and how to live a discerning, deliberate and conscious life. The experiential day will begin with a group meditation and includes speakers that offer tips, ideas and secrets for living a more fulfilled life.
Brook Kreder, event facilitator states, “Simplicity is a two-step process. First, we must invest the time and energy to discover what stirs us as human beings. Once we know what makes our soul sing we can create the life that reflects the unique individual we are. When we connect to our inner being and whatever higher presence we believe in, all else falls into place.”
Soulful Living will be held Saturday, June 7, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Summit Room at the Casper Events Center. Cost to attend is $110 if registered by June 1 and $125 after June 1. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m.; the program starts at 9:00 a.m. For more information or to register, call Tiffine Canepa at the Casper Events Center at 307-235-8456.
2008 College National Finals Rodeo Sunday, June 15 through Saturday, June 21
One of the greatest of all Rodeos on the North American continent, the College National Finals Rodeo will be held at the Casper Events Center on Sunday, June 15th through Saturday, June 21st. College cowboys and cowgirls from eleven different regions in the United States and four Canadian Provinces enter the CNFR arena in an effort to win national titles in saddle bronc, bareback, bull riding, steer wrestling, calf roping, team roping, barrel racing, breakaway roping, and goat tying as well as the crowning of the All-Around Cowboy and Cowgirl and the National Men and Women Teams. Student athletes will also be competing for over $200,000 in scholarships from the U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co. Scholarship Awards Program. 2008 marks the 60th year for the event. The first was held in 1949 in San Francisco, California, at the famed Cow Palace. The year began with what we term a celebration of collegiate athletics and the western heritage we hold dear. Comedian Jeff Dunham Spark of Insanity Sunday, August 3 at 7:00 pm On Sale Now! Watch Jeff Dunham and "Walter" Here Jeff Dunham’s undeniable talent has transcended the art of ventriloquism and transformed it into a cutting-edge comedy experience. Dunham of course never travels alone, and fans of all ages have fallen in love with his fast-talking and socially reckless “Suitcase Posse”. First, and probably most recognizable to TV viewers, is ‘Walter’, the elderly, outspoken, and politically incorrect curmudgeon who spouts his views on the foibles of marriage, politics, and anything else that needs skewering in American culture. Next is ‘Peanut’, a frenzied, loudmouthed, purple, loveable imp, who Walter describes as ‘a Muppet on crack’. Then there’s ‘José Jalapeño’, a chili pepper who teamed up with Dunham after a pogo accident in his home country of Mexico, permanently placing him "on a STEEK!" Lowest on the I.Q. chart is ‘Bubba J’, simply white trash and trailer park, and a true diehard beer-drinking NASCAR fan. Finally, Dunham’s latest character to join the act is ‘Achmed the Dead Terrorist’, who thankfully has failed in multiple suicidal tasks, and has allowed Dunham to throw a spitball directly in the eye of political correctness. Visit www.JeffDunham.com to watch clips of Jeff Dunham perform as well as for more information. All seats are reserved and tickets are $41.50 plus applicable fees. Tickets available at Casper Events Center Box Office, charge-by-phone at (307) 577-3030 or (800) 442-2256 or Order Tickets Now!
