A veteran of 26 years in the public assembly facility management business, Brad has been the General Manager of the Casper Events Center since October 2016. Prior to arriving in Casper, Brad was the Executive Director of the Adams Center located on the campus of the University of Montana in Missoula from June 2012 through September 2016. Brad’s biggest claim to fame in Missoula was overseeing the Paul McCartney concert in Washington Grizzly Stadium on August 5, 2014, to date the largest concert in the history of the state of Montana. Brad served as the Event and Operations Manager for Sports Facilities at Montana State University in Bozeman from 1997 – 2012. Brad is an active member of IAVM (International Association of Venue Managers) and has achieved his Certified Facilities Executive (CFE) designation through the organization.
Assistant General Manager/Director of Marketing
Anna joined the Casper Events Center team in July of 2012 and oversaw marketing and public relations for the faciity as well as for Hogadon Ski Area, the Casper Recreation Division, the Casper Municipal Golf Course and Fort Caspar Museum until September of 2016. In October of 2016, Anna became the Assistant General Manager/Director of Marketing for the Casper Events Center. Anna graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, CO with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising & Marketing Communications, a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship and concentrations in management and leadership. Anna is an active member of the College National Finals Rodeo Committee, the Proud To Host The Best Committee, the Natrona County Travel & Tourism Board and the United Way of Natrona Basic Needs Committee.
Executive Assistant/Human Resources
Kendra started at the Casper Events Center in 2001 as a ticket seller, then spent several years as the marketing assistant before becoming the executive assistant and human resources representative. Kendra earned her AA in technical theater from Casper College in 2001 and graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2014 with a BAS in organizational leadership.
Director of Operations
Paul began his career at the Casper Events Center in 1990 as a part-time A-V Technician and Stagehand before assuming the full-time positions of Event Coordinator, Maintenance and Technical Supervisor and for the past eight years as Director of Operations. Paul has been the project coordinator for various capital improvement purchasing and renovation projects totaling over $12 million dollars. These projects include roof replacements, plumbing upgrades, lighting retrofits, ice floor and plant installation, modernization of the heating and cooling systems and the construction of a half-million dollar storage facility.
Director of Finance
Scott is new to the event financial management business, but brings 35 years of financial management experience in the public , private, for profit and non-profit sectors. Scott has seen a lot, learned a lot, and still able to learn a lot more to make the Casper Events Center successful.
Director of Food & Beverage
Andy has overseen the Food & Beverage operations at the Casper Events Center since August of 2014. Prior coming to the CEC Andy gained experience in nearly every area of the hospitality industry. Andy attended Johnson & Wales University where he received his AS in Food & Beverage Management in 2008 from the Charlotte, NC campus and in 2011 received his BA in Food Service Management from their Denver, CO campus.
Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
Candie was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming and has been in the Food and Beverage department for 32 years. She has planned and prepared meals for customers from the Vice President to country and rockstars and the local community. The largest event Candie oversaw in her tenure at the Casper Events Center was a prime rib dinner for 2200 people. Candie's motto is "no matter whom, strive to make every event something special for everyone."
Box Office Manager
Kristina Olson began her career at the Casper Events Center as a ticket seller in 2001. Kristina went on to manage a local bar in Casper for 6 years. In 2008 she was promoted to the Assistant Box Office Manager where she had the opportunity to learn from a 30 year veteran in ticketing. In 2010 she was promoted to Box Office Manager.
With over 12 years of event management experience, Dan was brought in as the Event Manager in March of 2017. Dan graduated from Johnson & Wales University in Denver, CO with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management. Prior to coming to Casper, Dan managed up to 600 staff for Minnesota Golden Gopher and Minnesota Vikings games at TCF Bank Stadium. Dan also oversaw the 24-hour Security division of the stadium. Dan’s notable events include large concerts (Rolling Stones, Luke Bryan, Beyoncé); music festivals (Coachella, Stagecoach, Summerfest); NFL football; NCAA football, basketball, and hockey; NHL (outdoor Stadium Series); and the 2010 Winter Olympics. Dan has been a member of IAVM (International Association of Venue Managers), and has been certified in IAVM’s Trained Crowd Manager (TCM) and by Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management (TEAM). Dan has also completed courses with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security including: Intro to Incident Command System (IS-100.b), National Incident Management System (NIMS)(IS-700.a), and National Response Framework (IS-800.b).
Matt started as a part time ticket seller in the Box Office in 1983 while working at a local record store. He moved to the Kennewick, WA. to be the store manager for one of the record stores until shortly after they were bought out. He came back to Casper in November of 1984 to work in the Box Office again. He was promoted to Assistant Box Office Manager in February of 1985, a position he had for over 8 years. He was then promoted to Events Coordinator March of 1993 until the recent transition to Operations Manager March of 2017.
Corporate Partnerships Manager
Ryan Hauck's former position was as a regional sales account manager based out of Fort Collins, Colorado. Prior to that, he was the general manager of a natural gas manufacturing company in New Mexico for five years. After graduating from college, he started his own marketing company that worked with DirecTV. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors of Science degree in Marketing.
Cody started his career with the Casper Events Center in the summer of 2008. He became the Maintenance Crew Chief in early 2015. In October of 2016 he became the Operations Manager.
Pam is a proud native of Casper, Wyoming and graduate of Kelly Walsh High School. The beautiful Blacks Hills of South Dakota and National College in Rapid City, SD were her next stop while she earned an A.A.S. degree in Accounting and Data Processing. Pam worked for the City of Casper for 26+ years, of which nearly 20 years were with the Casper Events Center. Pam looks forward to many more years of fun!
Dana began his career running sound for rock bands in Minneapolis in the early 1980s before going on to graduate from Denver Institute of Technology with Honors in 1992. He worked for St Anthony Hospital / Provenant Health Partners in Denver as Director of Plant Operations for 8 yrs before being allowed to participate in the organizations down sizing. From there, he became the Municipal Facilities Superintendant for the City of Golden over seeing building maintenance and safety for city hall, the police department, the water treatment plant, 4 fire stations and a state of the art recreation center. Dana joined the Casper Events Center team in August of 2011.
